STEP 1
Getting to Know You
We will get back to you within 24 hours of your initial inquiry. Our first discussion will primarily be about getting to know each other. You will describe your dream home and ideal neighborhood, and we will listen attentively and ask all the pertinent questions. Once we establish a mutual understanding, our team will immediately get to work on customizing your information packet.
STEP 2
Searching for Your Dream Home
We will scour our vast inventory to the find the best deal for you. We will call you with all the related details, send you all the plans, pictures and documents, and arrange a meeting at your earliest convenience.
STEP 3
Making Your Dream a Reality
Our Sales Manager will be available to you through every phase of the process until completion. We will sign a requisition, review the terms together, and tweak the final contract to your satisfaction. Once you sign the prepared agreement and pay the $10,000 service fee, you will receive a full set of legal contracts. Our service fee provides you with:
- Regular updates on construction progress
- Transparent presentation of your rights with regards to design and quality upgrades
- Coordinated meetings on any structural or design changes you decide to implement
- Consultations with designated building suppliers of tiles, fixtures, kitchens and all finishing details
- Scheduled meetings with all related personnel to maximize your visit
- Streamlined service that saves you significant time and money

Being a proud Sabra, this trend was deeply troubling for Eitan to bear.
Enter DavidStone Group—Eitan’s brainchild—established for the sole purpose of providing American clientele with the investment solutions they demand and streamlined services they deserve. David Levinson

David Levinson, known affectionately by his Hebrew name “Meshullam”,
was born in Albany, NY. When he was a few months old his parents decided to make Aliyah. As such, his roots were firmly planted in the Holy Land. Years later, Meshullam moved to Brooklyn, NY with his wife in order explore various business opportunities. Soon after, he realized that Real Estate was his passion.
He began his career in Real Estate management, and then joined one of the largest firms in the US, Weichert Realtors, as an Associate Broker and it didn’t take long for him to become one of the top agents in the company. This incredibly successful experience ultimately led David to launch MDL Real Estate, his own firm, primarily dealing in residential and commercial sales in Brooklyn.
Over the past 14 years, he has become a recognizable figure in the NY Real Estate scene. As the newest addition to the DavidStone team, Meshullam brings a level of experience and knowhow that is simply invaluable. As US Sales Manager, he works around the clock to serve American clients looking to purchase Real Estate in Israel.
